    If in stock, delivery is 5-7 days. Out of stock, it takes 15-20 days, depending on quantity. We aim for prompt shipment to meet your needs.

    Yes, Contron provides a free sample of our passive lock to give you a firsthand experience of our security solutions. However, to fully utilize the sample, you will need to purchase a smart key, which is essential for the lock's operation. Additionally, while the sample itself is free, you are responsible for covering the shipping cost. This approach ensures you can effectively evaluate our product's quality and suitability for your security needs.
  • What are your payment terms?
    At Contron, we keep payments simple. For orders up to 1000 USD, we need full payment upfront. For orders over 1000 USD, we require a 50% advance payment by T/T, with the rest due before shipment. We accept T/T, AliPay, PayPal, and Western Union, ensuring smooth and secure transactions.
